Exploring the
Lucid World
If you already know how to lucid dream you may be at the point
that you would like to explore your lucid world a little
farther now. Here is some information on how to do that.
If you are already familiar with lucid dreaming then you also
know there is much to do while you are lucid dreaming. If you
have just begun lucid dreaming then there is much to find out
and explore while you are lucid dreaming. Since you know
longer have to do what is going on in the dream, you can do
just about anything you want. You can talk to other people
that may be in your dream or shape change or enter places that
you know you should not. At this point, the consciousness you
have allows you to do and be anyone and anything you want.
Look around the world you are in, become familiar with it. It
is a world that you created and there are probably reasons
why. That is why you are lucid dreaming, to answer these
questions, find out about yourself, see why you are in and
having the dream that you are having. So, go and explore
everything, looking at the sky and the entire world around
you.
There is also the idea and possibility of finding out what
your dreams mean right then and there. Asking questions,
inquiring to other people in the dream, looking at the
recurring symbols that appear and being able to find out right
then and there what their meaning is to you or what they
represent or why they are there. Never forget to try new
things and change your dreams up. This is your dream and doing
what you want and learning more about yourself is what you are
there for. Try seeing how far you can go in your dreams,
finding out what the boundaries are. Exploring different ways
to learn about yourself, your inner self that you cannot
normally get in touch with.
Furthermore, never forget to have fun while you are lucid
dreaming and exploring your dream world. Become objects or
animals; see what it feels like to be something else or
another person or animal. Transforming yourself and being able
to keep that form. You can explore invisibility, flying,
magic, anything that is out of the norm or things you cannot
do in real life.
You can also make things happen and materialize right in front
of you. As you become better at lucid dreaming doing these
things will not be as difficult. Create objects out of the air
or in your pocket. If you want to have something, make it
appear. Instead of flying just teleport there. Go from one
place to another seamlessly; decide to be there and then make
it happen. Never hold back and keep practicing all the
different things you can do while in your dream and how you
can change things up.
Lastly, there are always the options of finding past lives and
seeing who or what you were before. There are many different
ways to do this. Deciding you will step into your past life or
watching it happen. Looking into a mirror to see who you were
before through your reflection. There are also spirit guides
and we all have them and some people have many. While in your
lucid dream ask to see them and speak to them. They can answer
questions and guide you through your dreams to find the
answers you are looking for. There can be a very spiritual
part of lucid dreaming for some people. If this is what you
are looking for then do not be afraid to go there, ask to
speak with your spirit guide and get to know them. There is
much they can teach you and that you can learn through their
guidance.
